Bree Steinbrink

With Kalahari since 2016

Bree Steinbrink is a Sales Manager at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, where she focuses on building client relationships and driving new business for the Wisconsin Dells property. Her sales territory spans from Eastern Wisconsin to the greater Chicago market.

Although Bree has worked in customer service roles since her teenage years, she officially launched her hospitality career with Kalahari after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Hotel, Tourism, & Restaurant Management. During her early years with the company, she was a part of the Human Resources & Front Desk teams.

In 2019, Bree transitioned into sales when she accepted the Waterpark & Tom Foolerys Sales Manager position. This opportunity allowed her to combine her passion for hospitality with her competitive spirit while helping groups and families create unforgettable experiences. Her success in the role led her to Texas in the fall of 2020, where she joined the opening team for Kalahari Resorts in Round Rock. Over the next five years, Bree sold a variety of resort experiences, including Waterpark and Tom Foolerys packages, while also supporting the SMERF market. In late 2025, she returned home to the Wisconsin team.

When she’s not working, Bree enjoys escaping to sunny destinations, spending quality time with her husband and their three fur babies, and trying out new recipes.

Why Kalahari?

Some of my favorite childhood memories were made at Kalahari Resorts in Wisconsin Dells. After completing a summer internship with Kalahari in 2014, I knew it was where I wanted to call home after graduation. My career began in Human Resources, where I loved welcoming new team members and helping foster the unique culture that makes Kalahari so special.

When the opportunity to join the Sales Team presented itself, I eagerly embraced the challenge and the chance to put my competitive spirit to work. What I love most about hospitality is that every day brings something new. For the past ten years, I’ve been fortunate to help create memorable experiences for our guests—just like the ones that made such an impact on me as a child. Knowing I play a role in those special moments is what makes my career at Kalahari so meaningful.

Favorite Kalahari Moment:

After 10 years, I have too many 'favorite moments' to choose from. One that immediately comes to mind was a Beyond Expectations moment I was able to be a part of in the early years for a young family announcing the gender of their second child. Mom & dad wanted something unique, so after reviewing a few ideas, we took them out to the Outdoor Waterpark with blue & pink balloons, as well as a Kenya & Kya plush. Little brother slid down one of the slides with the color balloons and elephant to officially announce his little brothers arrival.
