Has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and currently serves as the Director of Sales at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Joey has been with Kalahari for 23 years, progressing through a successful career path that began as a Senior Sales Manager, followed by Assistant Director of Sales, before earning his current role as Director of Sales.

Assistant Director of Sales at Kalahari Resort & Conventions in Wisconsin. Her passion for hospitality began at a young age while growing up in her family's restaurant, which also had a reception hall attached. She quickly fell in love with the food and beverage side of the industry and knew hospitality was where she belonged.

She specializes in conference services, catering operations, event planning, and client relationship management, overseeing the successful execution of meetings, conventions, weddings, and special events. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence, Emily is dedicated to creating "beyond" guest experiences while driving operational success and team development.
Genevieve (Genna) Kruse

Genna has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 14, starting her career at Culver's and gaining experience in just about every area of hospitality-from working the front office to bartending, serving, and eventually finding her passion for Sales in her mid-20s.
Tucker Whitten
Catering Sales Manager

Tucker started with the Kalahari at the Round Rock, Texas location in 2021 as Banquets Setup Manager. In his current role, Tucker partners with clients to design unique food and beverage experiences that elevate meetings, conferences, and special events. From menu development to event logistics, he enjoys finding creative solutions that align with each group's vision while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Bart Kondej
Convention Center manager

Bart has been with Kalahari for 22 years; started as a banquet server then banquet captain, then sales and catering admin and now a convention center manager. Bart graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Catering.
