Emily is the Director of Catering & Convention Services at Kalahari Resorts in Wisconsin Dells and brings over 25 years of hospitality leadership experience. She specializes in conference services, catering operations, event planning, and client relationship management, overseeing the successful execution of meetings, conventions, weddings, and special events. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence, Emily is dedicated to creating "beyond" guest experiences while driving operational success and team development. Emily has built a career spanning conference services, catering, event operations, sales, and food & beverage management. Her expertise includes strategic event planning, client relationship management, operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth.
Prior to joining the Kalahari team, she held leadership positions with The Edgewater in Madison, WI, Graduate Athens in Athens, GA, and Great Wolf Lodge in WI Dells, WI, where she managed high-profile events, resort operations, and hospitality teams.
Emily is passionate about serving others, creating memorable experiences, building strong client partnerships, and mentoring hospitality professionals to achieve outstanding results.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, fluffy corgi, gardening, and cooking.

It's hard to choose a single favorite Kalahari moment because the most meaningful moments for me are seeing others grow and succeed. Being able to mentor, teach, and share my passion with others is incredibly rewarding and gives me a strong sense of purpose.
