Kortnee Carroll

Kortnee is the Assistant Director of Sales at Kalahari Resort & Conventions in Wisconsin. Her passion for hospitality began at a young age while growing up in her family's restaurant, which also had a reception hall attached. She quickly fell in love with the food and beverage side of the industry and knew hospitality was where she belonged.

Kortnee continued her career as a Catering Manager and later a Director of Catering at a hotel and convention center before transitioning into hotel sales. Through her dedication and passion for building relationships, she advanced into her current role as Assistant Director of Sales at Kalahari, where she enjoys helping clients create memorable meetings, conferences, and events.

When she's not at work, Kortnee loves traveling, golfing, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

I chose Kalahari because, working in Wisconsin hospitality, you quickly realize that Kalahari sets the standard. What I love most, though, is our culture. I'm fortunate to work alongside an amazing team that is passionate about what we do, and that's what makes Kalahari such a special place. I'm proud to be part of an organization that consistently goes above and beyond for our guests and each other.

Favorite Kalahari Moment:

My favorite Kalahari moments are when clients come in for a site tour and are completely blown away by everything we have to offer. I also love seeing groups host their first event with us and watch their attendance nearly double because everyone wants to come when it's at Kalahari! But my absolute favorite? When a group decides to try another local venue and ends up calling me during their event to ask for their spot back at Kalahari. It just reinforces what I've always believed, no one does it better than Kalahari. The service, the experience, and the memories we create are truly unmatched!
